About Us
The Tri City Home Team was started by pair of realtors that knew the Tri City area in Washington state needed a fresh look at the business of real estate that would provide a new way of meeting their clients needs- one that was both relationship oriented as well as incorporating all the new tools and technology that are required in the new economy.
Both of the founding members bring individual strengths to the core team. One has over 15 years as a real estate agent, with the market knowledge and negotiating skills built up over that time. The other had a varied background in real estate development and investment, 7 years in real estate finance, and an intimate knowledge of the new technology driving the future of the real estate business.
Together, Daryl Myers and Aaron Johnson decided to build a “Home Team” with all the position players necessary to successfully manage all the different facets of the transaction for their clients to successfully win the game after drafting the Tri City Home Team.
